		Registration: 1. Please register and pay in advance. 2. Check-out time is 3:00PM daily. 3. All visitors must pay upon entering gate and will be given a pass. 4. Registered campers are responsible for their guest's conduct. 5. Fee for air conditioners & elec. heaters must be paid in advance. 6. Registration sticker must be placed on passenger side of windshield. 7. Each golf cart must be registered at the office and a daily fee of 2.00 will be charged for electric units. Site: 8. Limit of one family, one unit & 2 cars per campsite. 9. Keep campsites clean please! You are responsible for your trash getting into the dumpster. Seasonal and monthly campers are responsible for maintaining and mowing their site. 10. No waste water of any kind can be dumped on site. 11. Do not leave campfires unattended! 12. Quiet Time is 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM 13. Minors are to be at site by curfew or with a parent. 14. Please be considerate of your neighbor! Water: 15. Swimming in pool & pond from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. (NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!) 16. Swim in designated areas only. 17. Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 18. Please don't litter around pond and pool! General: 23. Posted speed limits will be strictly enforced!!!!!!!!! 24. Pedestrians and bikes have the right of way. 25. Alcohol only at your site and no driving golf carts or vehicles while drinking. 26. All small children must be accompanied by and adult in the restrooms. No playing in restrooms. 27. Parents will be held responsible for children's actions at all times. 28. No reckless driving with golf carts or vehicles throughout park. 29. Lights on vehicles, golf carts after dark please! 30. Drug use and intoxication will NOT be tolerated!!

		31. No firearms, paintball guns, slingshots, or bows & arrows to be used in park! 32. Please respect property lines and stay on park property. 33. Protect and preserve what nature has given us by being careful of wildlife and do not damage any trees. 34. Violation of park rules will get you evicted without refund! Pets: 19. Please bring your family pets along but we ask that you keep them on a leash! 20. You must clean up after your pet!! 21. Do not leave them unattended. 22. No pets in buildings. Upon Departure: 35. Let us know if your site needs maintenance! Thanks! This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries suffered by guests, nor loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any description.
